KeepITSweep — Privacy Policy Effective Date: July 6, 2026 Version: 1.0 KeepITSweep, operated by RaffleUp LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), operates the KeepITSweep mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. 1. Information We Collect Personal Information - Name - Email address - Phone number - Payment account information (processed via Stripe or other third-party processors) Usage Data - Device information - IP address - App usage activity - Transaction and entry history Location Information - We collect coarse (approximate) location — derived from your IP address and region — to verify eligibility and to enforce geographic restrictions on sweepstakes entry (for example, states where the App is not available). - We do NOT collect precise GPS location. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: - Provide and operate the App - Administer sweepstakes, entries, and prize fulfillment - Process transactions and payments - Verify user identity and eligibility - Determine geographic eligibility and prevent entry from restricted regions - Prevent fraud, abuse, and fraudulent entries - Improve app performance and user experience - Communicate with you (support, updates, and sweepstakes notifications) - Comply with legal requirements related to sweepstakes and promotions 3. Location Data We use coarse, region-level location to confirm you are in an eligible jurisdiction before you enter a sweepstakes. This check is performed server-side using your approximate region. Residents of restricted states (currently New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) may be prevented from entering. We do not track your precise movements. 4. Payments All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers. 5. Sharing of Information We may share information with: - Payment processors (Stripe) - Service providers (Google Firebase for hosting, database, and analytics) - Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights We do NOT sell your personal data. 6. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 7. Data Security We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 8. Children's Privacy KeepITSweep is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. 10.
